Ag Progress Days are BIGGER THAN LIFE

Now in its 41st year, Ag Progress Days, held Tuesday through Thursday at the Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Center of Penn State University's College of Agricultural Sciences, attracted an estimated 45,000 people over three days, according to Chuck Gill, news coordinator for the college. Kubota launches new L4100 mid-range tractor and LA703 front loader

KUBOTA has released its new L4100 mid-range tractor to join its established L3200 standard tractor range and a LA703 front loader. According to Kubota, the L4100 tractor is powered by a its E-TVCS (Three Vortex Combustion System) indirect injection, 41.6hp diesel engine coupled with a 42L fuel tank to allow hours of uninterrupted use. The new mid-range tractor uses an eight forward by four reverse speed transmission, a lift capacity of 1,300kgs at the link arms and the three point linkage is capable of handling a wide range of attachments. Kubota says the LA703 front loader is designed specifically for the L4100 offering more versatility with a lift capacity of 1,020kg at the pivot pin, fast cycle times and a 2.6m reach.
